M.Bird Rooftop Bar at Armature Works

A new 21+ spot has made a sudden splash in the Tampa Bay area, and its first impression is reverberating throughout the community. M.Bird is officially open at the rooftop of Armature Works, and, along with gorgeous views of downtown Tampa and great vibes, they’re serving up creative and thoughtful cocktails along with yummy small plates to impress.

Oobee Doo: Monkey Shoulder Whisky, Fino Sherry, St. George Spiced Pear, pineapple, lemon & grenadine

Not only are the cocktails delicious (according to pH), the light bites are, too - of the ones we had the opportunity to taste during M.Bird’s media night on Tuesday, both the Vaca Frita Tostones and Steak Tartare seriously impressed, and I cannot wait to get back to try the rest of the menu (I’m looking at you, Octopus, Roasted Cauliflower and Forbidden Black Rice Pudding).

Vaca Frita Tostones: Topped with braised short rib, mojo, pico & mango crema

Warm Marinated Olives: Served with grilled naan & feta cheese

Steak Tartare: Spicy ketchup, garlic aioli, capers, onion straw & yolk

Mussels Billi Bi: Saffron potato, smoked andouille sausage, rouille & toasted baguette

M.Bird is located on the second floor of Armature Works in Tampa.
