I'm one of the few people who haven't experience the glory of dining at a Brazilian steakhouse - I know, silly me. But, Terra Gaucha, a new churrascaria that recently opened in South Tampa, introduced me to the finer things in life, and set the bar pretty high as far as my expectations of a Brazilian steakhouse goes.

Grill Cooking Style at The Melting Pot St. Pete

It's been a little bit since I last enjoyed dinner at The Melting Pot - the closest one to our place is in Carrollwood, which I consider a little bit of a trek from our condo in South Tampa. But, what slipped my mind, was that there's a location in St. Pete, which means it's more convenient than ever to enjoy a 2+ hour experience to wind down from my work day.
